Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
Should any dispute arise under these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
TGW solely reserves the right, should it so decide, to pursue any proceedings it instigates in alternative jurisdictions.

Virus Protection and Malicious Code
All elements of this Site were virus-free prior to uploading to the Server and, to the best of our knowledge, were free from malicious code during production.
However, you must take your own precautions to protect your computer/device. When accessing this or other Websites, it is always good practice to have defences on your computer/device, including an active up-to-date anti-virus, and to scan downloads, from this and other Sites, before running, opening, unzipping etc.
TGW cannot accept any responsibility/liability whatsoever for, including but not limited to, any damage/disruption to your computer/device and any associated devices or loss/damage to any data which may occur as a result of using any part(s) of TGW.

General
TGW accepts no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond the control of TGW.
If one or more sections of these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer are held to be unenforceable and/or illegal then the remaining sections of the Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer shall continue in full force.
If TGW decides to waive a right under these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer on one occasion then this does not necessarily mean that this right will be automatically waived on another occasion.

Material contained within TGW may be retrieved and/or downloaded solely for personal use.
All content (in its current form) within TGW is copyright and is the property of TGW unless specified otherwise or loading from external sources.

Therefore TGW does not warrant, in any way whatsoever, that any information transmitted to/from us in this way will be totally secure.

Contributions to TGW
By submitting any contribution (including but not limited to text, articles, artwork, photos, video, audio) to any part of TGW you hereby grant to TGW the non-exclusive, royalty-free right in perpetuity to exhibit, publish, record, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit, broadcast and transmit all or any part(s) of the submitted material.

By submitting any contribution (including but not limited to text, articles, artwork, photos, video, audio) to any part of TGW you hereby grant to TGW the royalty-free right in perpetuity to make such submitted material, or part(s) of, available to Other Parties for the purposes of publicising and promoting TGW.
"Other Parties" will be selected by TGW, these will include, but are not limited to, television, radio, magazines, newspapers, other websites.
By submitting your contribution (including but not limited to text, articles, artwork, photos, video, audio) to any part of TGW you also hereby grant these "Other Parties" the non-exclusive, royalty-free right in perpetuity to exhibit, publish, record, copy, reproduce, adapt, edit, broadcast and transmit all or any part(s) of the submitted material for the purposes of publicising and promoting TGW.

In the event of your membership (if applicable) being terminated for any reason whatsoever, this section "Contributions to TGW" will remain in force - "perpetuity" means perpetuity.

If you do not wish to grant TGW these rights then please do not submit your contribution to TGW.
By submitting your contribution to TGW, you warrant that your contribution is your own original work and that you have the legal right to make it available to TGW.
By submitting your contribution to TGW, you warrant that your contribution does not infringe any civil law(s) and/or criminal law(s).
By submitting your contribution to TGW, you hereby agree to indemnify TGW against all legal fees, damages and all other expenses that may be incurred by TGW as a result of your breach of the above warranties.
By submitting your contribution to TGW, you waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to TGW, its publication on TGW and the purposes as already specified above in this section.

Variation
TGW may, at any time and without prior notice, change these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimer.
