Team 1 - Dinning Room, Kitchen and Hall

20:00 - Commenced investigation, the Natural EM Meter is placed on the table to the right of the hall doorway.
Sue sees a light.
A sign is requested and the meter sounds.
We ask for a repeat but there is no response from the meter so we ask again and the meter sounds.
Taps are requested ..... 1 for “No” and 2 for “Yes”, and the meter sounds.

Are you female? ..... no response.

We stipulate the meter sounding to be an indication of a “Yes”.
By various questions and responses from the meter, we deem:
A female, aged 17 who used to live here with her grandparents.
When we suggest her name may be Mary, there is a delayed response from the meter which makes us wonder if her name may be something similar so we try suggesting Marianne and get an instant response of yes.
We also discover that she died near the property on her way to or from school, she was alive in the 1970's and is aware that she is now dead.
Despite various questions, the colour of her clothes when she died couldn't be established.
Sue wonders if Marianne could be from the 1870's and if these two spirits could be one and the same?
A smell is detected so we ask Marianne if she is causing it and the meter sounds indicating a "Yes". The rest of the group can also smell it, it is difficult to place, not perfume .... it is a medical type smell.
Using various questions, we establish that she wasn't in hospital but did want to be a nurse.

20:20 - The smell has gone.

A faint light anomaly is seen, on video, moving towards the meter, the meter then sounds:

Despite various questions we could not establish if there were any other spirits with her.

Several team members, at different times see a shadow move across the lounge door towards the front door, but after viewing the video the shadows appear to be natural - coats hanging by the hall window and casting shadows from the other team's torches in the extension.

20:27 - The walkie-talkie sounds so Dawn picks it up and asks if that is Sarah calling ..... meter sounds indicating a "Yes". We wonder if the name Sarah is significant and ask-out but receive no response.

Bob moves to stand in the kitchen doorway with the camcorder. One of the team asks if there are a lot of spirits here and Bob distinctly hears "Yes". Other team members deny saying it and indeed it was not evident on the video soundtrack.

A noise is heard in the kitchen, and Bob briefly smells toast.

We ask more questions, including if Marianne or someone else has been seen around the house but receive no responses.
It was sensed that Marianne is tired and we suggest she leaves us now.

20:35 - The group are talking amongst themselves when one member suggests that perhaps Marianne was knocked down by a person, i.e. ..... she was attacked .... meter sounds indicating a "Yes".
Following several more questions, we gather that she was hit by a car or vehicle but couldn't establish what type.

Team 2 - Extension

20:00 - Several of the team feel a little uneasy in the area outside of the hall window.
Sarah is taking random photos.

20:08 - Sat there quietly.

20:10 - Sarah is feeling a slight pain in the left-hand side of her head.

20:15 - Burning, like toast, is smelt and a sigh is heard.

20:20 - A "John" is sensed and also a girl.

20:29 - A sign was requested - then it all starts happening, the walkie-talkie goes off a few times, then Sarah has some chalk thrown at her from the side.
Sarah jumps up and asks for that to be done again but there is no further response.

20:35 - We all hear little stones fall on the floor at the back.

20:40 - Sarah calls-out and asks for a tap on the ladders. We started chatting about how the chalk was thrown, and then we all heard a tap (sounding like a tap on the ladder or something metal).

20:48 - After asking-out again, Sarah heard a noise which sounded like metal being thrown or kicked, so we looked on the floor and found a copper ring. We threw this on the floor and it did sound like what Sarah had heard.

20:45 - Called-out again and a team member got a tap on their head.

20:55 - We returned to the house.

21:00 - Both teams merge
