Background
We were invited to investigate this property by Mrs X, the family has been in residence for less than a year.
In November 2006, she had seen a lady in a white dress, in the early evening, move across the outside of the hall window which overlooks a new extension that is currently being built. Mrs X at first thought that it was a trespasser or that it was her mind playing tricks and did not mention it to anyone else.
Approximately three weeks later, again in the early evening, her teenage daughter was coming down the stairs which face the same window. She saw a woman peering through, whom she described as having curly hair and large round eyes.
The family have also felt a presence in the lounge which has cold spots, and it is in here that the family cat watches "something".

Note: neither the Psychic and Medium had any prior knowledge of the reported events and only Bob and Sue knew all the specific details from their initial visit.

Team 1 - Extension

18:38 - The Natural EM Meter was placed on the outside sill of the hall window.
A team member's new camera batteries died, not even taking one photo.
St. Augustine's was picked-up on, and also a female inside the house near to the foot of the stairs (the area of the hall window).
Dawn stated that she felt there was more than one presence here.

The female spirit was felt to have fair hair - not blonde - but a mousy colour. She looked as though she was from the 1970's, dressed in navy blue, possibly a school uniform. She looked to be about a fourth or fifth year student, therefore, possibly 14 to 15 years old. It was sensed she had been in an accident, possibly run down by a car, she has shoulder-length hair, straight with a flick at the ends. It was felt that she “keeps coming home”.

A couple of minutes later, Dawn sensed another female spirit but further back in time. This one has long curly hair and is about 5'6" tall. She is wearing a long dark-coloured dress that fits into the waist, there appears to be no hat but there is something on or around her head. She is aged in her early 20's, Dawn feels that she looks sad, and that there is something about her eyes, which are quite piercing. It is felt that she is from the late 18th to early 19th century, possibly Victorian.

It was felt that both spirits are in visitation.
Sue remarks that in the house there is something in the area at the foot of, and up, the stairs, she also felt this on the initial visit before hearing any details.
A cold breeze is noticed by the group, but we feel pretty sure that it is natural.
It was felt the activity has been stirred up by the building work and that the presence in the lounge is attracted to the husband ..... possibly a relative watching over him.
It was also sensed that items in the house get moved about.

Team 1 - Front of Extension

18:55 - A male residual energy was picked-up on, he seems to be waiting and is looking across open land towards the sea. He is a peaceful soul, a strong spiritual man, he comes from a nearby village and seems to be waiting for someone to come up a track - possibly a homecoming? He is wearing a sheepskin top with a belt around it and breeches, possibly an agricultural worker from the way he is dressed. He is from a long way back and is contemplating something.
Sue feels there is something here that's not pleased about the building work.
Several team members believe there is a Ley Line and at one time there was also a track through here.
Sue thinks there was once a farm nearby, and this track may have led to it.

19:06 - Sue's pendulum indicates no spirits, but does indicate a Ley Line.
There is no activation of the Natural EM Meter, so it is moved to the centre of the rear section of the extension.

Team 1 - Rear of Extension

Sue asks for an indication or a noise and what sounds like footsteps are heard from the floor above (there are no floorboards) followed by a ping on the metal ladder (this could have been caused by the wind).
Sue asks again, and a noise is heard, but it is uncertain if this is paranormal.
Sue asks for clearer sign and a noise is heard, but again it is difficult to distinguish if this was caused by the wind.

19:08 - A light is seen and Sue can sense something.

19:14 - A burning smell is detected, possibly garden rubbish being burnt as it smells organic, so it could be natural?
It was felt the atmosphere was changing and a team member admits feeling a bit nervous.
Sue has goosebumps but this feeling is brief.

19:17 - Someone was seen to walk down the road out at the front, just a head and shoulders, but there does not appear to be anyone there now.
Spirit was asked to move towards the meter and the meter sounds.
Sue asks for a small piece of wood on the floor to be moved .... no response.

Team 2 - Kitchen, Dinning Room and Hall

18:36 - Sarah is taking random photos.

18:43 - The walkie-talkie is witnessed to spin around on the table.

18:44 - Cold spots are detected in the kitchen.

18:45 - Several team members have headaches.

18:50 - In the kitchen, underground water and a well are sensed.

18:52 - A female spirit is detected in the kitchen.

19:06 - Sitting quietly.

19:14 - The EMF Meter emits a signal by the back door of the kitchen.

19:16 - A girl is sensed, she is walking around, also there is more than one spirit.

19:17 - A male residual energy is detected, he has black hair, is in his early 30’s and has a big posture, date 1429.
One of the team senses that things have been moved about in the house.

19:20 - It is felt a path once ran through where the house now stands, it's muddy and wet like we should be wearing boots. Sarah is taking random photos.
