Saturday 19th April, 2008.
Group - Bob, Sarah, Sue, Dawn,
Dave, Bryn, Fabien, Sam and Anne.
19:40
Arrived at Ringwould village where we left
the cars before heading towards The Lynch, on foot, via the series
of public rights-of-way.
Just before the beginning of
The Lynch (pictured above), those who wished to participate took part
in a group protection.
We then followed the top path until we reached the far end of The
Lynch where we set up base camp, arriving at approximately 20:25 just
as the light was failing.
Below left - a mist in the
area of the base camp.
Below right - a light anomaly looking towards the bottom path.

Following a break for refreshments, the first
group departed for a circular tour, starting with the bottom path.
Group - Bob, Sue, Bryn, Dave and Sam.

Sue heard what she thought sounded
like a small bell tinkling but this could have been a cat's
bell.
Pictured right - two light anomalies.
21:05
By the fallen tree, Sue asked for a
sign and, just as she finished, Bob's torch bulb blew (a fairly
new bulb with less than an hour's use).

Shortly afterwards, this unusual light anomaly
(pictured right) was photographed above the group.
21:07
Sue felt unusually cold and asked-out.
Some of the group felt we were being followed.
21:10
A female sounding scream was heard
but we accepted this could have been a bird or animal.

Sue asked if "Sarah" was
present but there was no obvious response (Sarah was a name mentioned
in historical records).
21:15
Sam reported having a stabbing pain in her
back in roughly the same area of the path as Sarah had done on the
previous visit (this was Sam's first visit and she had no detailed
knowledge of the previous investigation).
