Sue attempted contact by asking-out but there
were no obvious responses.

Jake picked-up on a chocolate Labrador which
may possibly have been owned by one of the past managers from the
1970's or 80's.
He was being 'told' that back in those days, the alarms would often
go off for no apparent reason and when the manager arrived, he would
walk around doing checks with his dog.
This former manager was pleased that the theatre was still going.
Jake was also 'told' that it was good we were there as there was a
lot of activity within the building.

Jake picked-up on the name "Alan".

This former manager informed Jake that during
his time here, he was aware of a "ghostly nun" but was confused
why the place should be haunted by such a person.
Sue got an image of another
corridor with rooms leading off of it, but she wasn't sure if it was
on a higher or lower level.

Jake was sensing the usherette, who had been
present on previous investigations, she was talking about strangulation
in a cryptic way.
The theatre was now very different to her day and originally it was
going to have a name ending with "Gardens".
Sue mentioned that there's a sunken garden nearby and wondered if
that might have been related to the proposed name?
Jake was being 'told', by the
former manager, about some problems they used to have with the lower
fire exit doors seemingly opening by themselves but this had been
solely due to traffic vibration. The theatre had also been 'on the
move', in his time, small cracks had appeared on one side along with
falling dust but this had just been normal settlement and nothing
to be concerned about.

Sue was wondering if there were any more
spirits in this area?
Jake could sense others and also a female on the steps.
Sue, who had developed a slight headache, was picking-up on another
male who was not very happy.
Jake was also sensing him and described him as very tall, very imposing,
a disciplinarian sort of person, dressed all in black with a halo
of grey hair.

Not necessarily paranormal, but during the
previous few minutes and continuing as Jake was talking, Keef's camcorder
had problems focusing on him.
As Keef moved to the left of
the Front Entrance (facing the ticket office) Sue stated that she
was glad he had moved there as she kept seeing a moving white light
in that area.
Jake felt this was the spirit of the usherette.

Keef's voice recorder that had been left
in the ladies' toilets captured a sound anomaly/possible EVP.
The Quad Cameras showed that no physical person was in these toilets
or in the corridor outside at this time.

We moved to the Foyer steps where
Jake was 'told', by the usherette, that this area was different to
how she remembered it, it was now much improved and not so cold.
Sue asked if the usherette had served ice creams to which the reply,
through Jake, was "she did everything".

Paul asked if the usherette was able to put
a seat up or down for us?
Jake felt she was not able to do so in the cinema but possibly in
the theatre, the reason being that some of the seating arrangements
had been changed and she could only interact with items that had been
there in her time.
The doors at the bottom of the Foyer steps had also changed, in her
days they used to be thicker and had some kind of Art Deco pattern
on them.
Sue wondered if Jake was getting
a name as she was picking-up on something like "Irene" or
"Doreen"?
Jake was getting a "Brenda" but was also picking-up on an
"Elizabeth" too.

Jake picked-up on the name "Walter"
as being associated with the projection room, at which point, members
of staff emerged from this room.

Jake continued talking about this former
projectionist and there having been "EMI" or "AMI"
projectors, he also mentions something about "Kenwood".
This projectionist 'informed' Jake that the building comes alive at
night and that we will "have a ball" as there will be so
much happening, but this was contrary to what another spirit had told
him.
Jake then informed the team
that the projectionist had mentioned something about there being a
connection to a hanging in the toilets?
The group moved into the corridor
near to the ladies' toilets.
