Saturday 27th June, 2009.

Group: Sue, Sarah, Bryn, Bob, Keef, Paul, Claire, Natalie and Matt.

20:00
After meeting up at the Quayside car park, we walked along the river bank for a short distance before turning off and heading in the direction of the town.

20:31
At the junction with Mill Wall and New Street, Sarah "saw" a building with an arched wooden door, this was stood in the area which is now occupied solely by trees and grass.

21:04
From the Market Square, Sarah visualised several buildings, on the opposite side of the road, without their third storey, they only had two floors and instead of their tiled roofs, she was now "seeing" thatch.

21:12
Entered St. Clement's churchyard.

21:15
Pictured right - the outline of two "figures"? although this is highly suspected to be matrixing (seeing forms in random patterns).

At the side of St. Clement's church, Sue picked-up on an elderly woman whom she felt had been following us since we entered the churchyard.
Sue sensed she was interested in what we were doing and added that she was carrying her handbag with her.

21:24
Both Sarah and Sue heard a thud on the earth which they felt could have been a footstep.

An EVP session was commenced but later examination of the recording revealed nothing of interest.
A very strong perfume odour was then detected by several group members.

21:28
Sue sensed this elderly woman's name was "Ethel" or "Edith".
Before Sue said this, Sarah had felt her name began with an "E".

The perfume odour was detected again.
Bob and Sarah located this smell to what seemed like a contained area, no odour around the perimeter but very strong inside.
This odour quickly dissipated but seemed to briefly return when requested to do so by Sue.

We announced we were about to move to a different area of the churchyard and Sue invited "Ethel / Edith" to follow us and to bring the perfume smell with her.

21:36
On the footpath next to the church, Sue picked-up on two or three children who were playing.
She felt "Ethel / Edith" had followed us part of the way but now appeared to be hanging back.
